You are what you eat!

What do these two young people have in common?
What, in your opinion causes eating disorders?
Let's take a look at a very interesting article to get an expert opinion.

Food for thought!
Can you guess a reason behind the difference in these two reports?
Would you ever imagine that eating habits are behind them?
Read this article and comment on how our food intake affects our school performance

Then write a food quiz for your class.

  2. Our eating habits can affect our life in different ways.
Firstly, they affect our memory, this means that if somebody rarely eats healthy food then he/she is more likely to fail his/hers exams, but if he/she eats always healthy food then he/she is more likely to pass his/hers exams.
Finally, they affect our feelings and our weight and because they do so, somebody who is overweight and doesn’t feel well is more likely to fail his/hers exams.

  3. The food can affect our lives good or bad on how we use it. If someone eats healthy food, will feel better and if he/she goes at school, will pass his/hers exams. But if someone eats unhealthy food, maybe he/she won't pass the exams, because he/she won't have good memory and he/she will feel awful.
